If you can't find what you are looking for here, the 2009-2010 Welfare Handbook is now available in the Vice President for Education & Welfare's office, so drop in and pick one up.

Please feel free to come in and talk to me (Dave Hobden; Vice President for Education & Welfare) about any issues you may have; no matter how large or small you think they may be, and will be here to listen and support you, and I will do anything I can to help sort out your problems.

You can find me in my office (off the bar on level 2)

Or you can catch up with me by e-mailing stuunivp@sgul.ac.uk, or calling 07791 507578/020 8725 0451 (internal ext. 0451)

Who can you turn to in times of need?

There are several avenues of support at SGUL; The Counselling Service, your personal tutor and the Vice President for Education & Welfare of the SU are just some of the people you can talk to.
If you want to speak to someone outside of George's, Nightline is a great confidential service, run by students for students.
